Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory seeks a Nuclear Facility Scheduler to manage maintenance schedules for the Advanced Test Reactor on site in Idaho Falls. You will input and maintain activities in Primavera P6, support POW/POD planning, and resolve resource demands while delivering performance information to leadership.

The role requires deep experience with Primavera Version 6, plant systems knowledge, and the ability to obtain a DOE “L” clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 5 years of relevant experience for Level 3
• Master's or PhD preferred for higher levels with corresponding experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOE L security clearance (U.S. citizenship)
• Experience in facility maintenance or operations schedule development using Primavera 6

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain maintenance activities into P6; support POW/POD scheduling and resource analysis
• Provide scheduling guidance to customers and managers; manage multiple tasks
• Maintain processes for resource management of Maintenance and Operations personnel
• Integrate work activities requiring plant resources and perform resource analysis
• Develop and maintain schedule reports and evaluate variances; mentor junior staff
