Job summary

SHINE Technologies in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead preventive and corrective maintenance for a new isotope production facility. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory or management experience.
• 8+ years’ Navy Nuclear or nuclear facility engineering/operations/maintenance experience in NRC/DOE environment.
• Strong technical understanding of nuclear facility technology and operation.
• Excellent communication, conflict management and change management skills.
• Ability to work safely in industrial and radiation environments.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment and safety culture.
• Develop and implement maintenance department policies and procedures.
• Provide equipment maintainability input for design/construction, including training materials and procedures.
• Plan and document preventive and corrective maintenance per processes.
• Support warehousing, construction, and testing personnel and activities.
• Coordinate with construction staff for seamless transition to operations.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and vendors to resolve issues.
• Ensure calibration/validation activities meet quality requirements.
• Determine staffing, interview, hire and train personnel.
• Provide leadership to maintenance staff and manage the department budget.
