Job summary

SHINE Technologies LLC is seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to support design, construction, and commissioning activities for the SHINE Medical Isotope Production Facility in Janesville, WI. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade certificate, completed apprenticeship, or associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in capital construction projects on site.
• Field coordination or lead/foreman experience in mechanical, piping, electrical, or multi-discipline construction preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction drawings, specifications and procedures.
• Must work well in a team and take direction within defined authority.
• Nuclear facility construction or operations experience (10 CFR Part 50/70) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day field activities among construction manager, contractor, field team, and engineering or design agencies.
• Interface with stakeholders to relay field requirements and track status for project goals.
• Attend and document daily/weekly coordination meetings and action items.
• Assist in completing production facility work and establish commercial operation; support turnover activities.
