Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory seeks an Electrician to join the Electrical Maintenance team. The role covers preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of electrical systems, with a 4x10 schedule from facilities in the Central Facilities Area and every Friday off.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing raceways, wiring, and breakers, using drawings, and supporting work planning. Required Idaho Journeyman license, ES&H training, and DOE L clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Journeyman Electrical License in Idaho is required.
• Complete required ES&H training within 12 months of hire.
• Radiological Worker qualifications I/II within 3 months and maintain.
• DOE L clearance is required; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant electrical equipment and systems.
• Operate electrical conduit bending and wiring fabrication tools.
• Install, connect, inspect, and maintain raceways and protective devices.
• Rack low and medium voltage breakers and troubleshoot relays/equipment.
• Use drawings/blueprints to perform installations and repairs.
