Job summary
Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) seeks a Nuclear Facilities Engineering Manager 4 to provide technical and administrative leadership for the Plutonium Facilities Engineering (PFE) Division. You will ensure compliance with COE, configuration management, and applicable federal and state regulations while directing engineering personnel and projects to meet safety and mission objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and 8 years related experience; or equivalent combination.
- Experience leading a technical organization supporting nuclear facilities.
- Knowledge of DOE Orders and standards related to nuclear facility design, construction, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure compliance with nuclear facility requirements and Conduct of Engineering.
- Lead scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and personnel actions for the division.
- Ensure safety processes and worker/ facility safety compliance.
- Interface with contractor management, DOE staff, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee design, project, and drafting engineering personnel to meet customer needs.
