Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Environmental Qualification (EQ) Engineer to support our Engineering & Safety Analysis group. The role includes preparing EQ file updates, conducting calculations, and mentoring less experienced engineers. Candidates should possess a BS in Engineering and 3+ years of experience in the nuclear power industry.

This position provides flexibility in locations such as Naperville, IL or remote options for senior roles. Competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 to $190,000 per year is offered along with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineer in the nuclear power industry.
• Experience supporting environmental qualification (EQ).
• Mentoring less experienced engineers in environmental qualification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review EQ file updates.
• Prepare and/or review calculations for EQ file updates.
• Mentor less experienced engineers in EQ.
• Lead EQ projects and provide technical direction.
