Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Project Procurement Manager to lead procurement for EPC projects, develop procurement plans, and manage budgets. You will negotiate high-risk contracts and coordinate with engineering, construction, legal, and suppliers to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.

The role requires extensive procurement leadership, 10+ years in related fields, and strong negotiation and risk management skills. Relocation to Lenexa, KS or Knoxville, TN is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or supply chain management.
• Experience as a Project Procurement Manager – Supply Chain for EPC projects.
• 10+ years in Engineering, Construction or related fields.
• 5+ years of legal/transactional management experience preferred.
• 8+ years of negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for engineering, procurement, and construction projects.
• Develop and execute project procurement plans and budgets.
• Negotiate high-risk contracts and provide stakeholder negotiation support.
• Coordinate with legal, risk, tax and supplier teams to move contracts forward.
• Develop supply chain risk mitigation plans and mentor procurement staff.
