Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive project management or project coordination in technical industries.
• Experience managing engineering projects and field execution activities.
• Background in commercial nuclear, power generation, or regulated environments is valued.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and field service projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary customer contact; report progress, risks and solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, field personnel, and subcontractors.
• Monitor performance and manage safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Provide on-site leadership during outages and field assignments.
• Contribute to estimating, proposals, and continuous improvement.
