Job summary

NuVision Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex engineering and field service projects supporting the commercial nuclear industry. You will own projects from proposal development through successful execution, working with customers, engineering teams, and field personnel to deliver innovative technical solutions.

Based in Pittsburgh, PA, this role is open to nationwide candidates willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of project management or coordination experience in technical industries.
• Experience managing engineering projects and field execution activities.
• Experience in nuclear, power generation or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and field service projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans for projects.
• Serve as primary customer contact, reporting progress and issues.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, field personnel, and subcontractors.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and ensure safety/quality/budget.
• Provide on-site leadership during outages and field assignments.
• Contribute to estimating, proposals, and process improvements.
