The Electrical Supervisor will lead site execution on the project, oversee pre-execution planning, manage direct-hire and subcontracted labor, and ensure safety, quality, and timely

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of nuclear construction and supervision experience.
• Journeyman electrical experience and industrial electrical background.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage safety, quality, and schedule.
• Experience with labor relations and union agreements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop a construction team and succession planning.
• Develop and maintain a hiring plan and labor relations management.
• Responsible for all site execution matters.
• Accountable for safety and collaboration with Safety Manager.
• Maintain positive client relationships.
• Create detailed look-ahead schedules from the master schedule.
• Monitor risks and recover schedule or budget delays.
• Oversee productivity of direct hire and subcontractors.
• Enforce home company discipline policies and escalation.
• Ensure trades personnel complete safety and training.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding with payroll and training.
• Ensure construction per drawings/specs and nuclear safety culture.
• Other duties as required.
