Job summary

ECM is seeking an Electrical/I&C General Foreman to oversee Open Shop craft activities at a commercial operating nuclear power plant. The role requires prior Foreman/General Foreman experience directing electrical and I&C craft work in a nuclear environment.

The position demands directing skilled trades, planning labor and material needs, and ensuring safe, quality workmanship in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Strong communication with customer management is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of experience in Electrical/I&C craft.
• Two years of Foreman level experience required; nuclear plant experience preferred.
• Must complete training, background/screening, for unescorted access at a nuclear plant.

Responsibilities

• Direct skilled trades and oversee electrical/I&C work per job specs using schematics and manuals.
• Supervise foremen, craft and labor; plan and schedule labor/materials; enforce safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site management; initiate corrective actions; manage shift turnovers and post-job critiques.
