Qualifications

• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (typical).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the electrical engineering unit, balancing workloads and approving timesheets and expenses.
• Certify design documents and ensure quality standards per codes and client requirements.
• Oversee projects to meet budgets and schedules; coordinate with PMs and clients.
• Provide coaching and development for staff; pursue licenses and training.
• Support staffing plans and administrative functions for the unit.
