Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business with a concentration in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years' accounting experience in an accounting role either at a public company or large accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accounting policies and procedures, providing implementation training and support to Nuclear Development organization personnel.
• Coordinate with project managers and cost analysts for cost tracking, reimbursement, and reporting of major projects and strategic partnerships.
• Provide accounting and financial analysis in connection with strategic priorities, commercial pursuits, and other ventures; support monthly general ledger closing.
• Assist with research, analysis, and documentation of ad hoc technical accounting matters and liaise with external auditors.
• Maintain and operate effective systems, controls, and policies to ensure data integrity and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and GAAP.
