ENERCON’s Nuclear Design Group offers an internship for mechanical engineering students eager to work on energy and environmental projects. You will assist in designing and optimizing critical systems for nuclear facilities and contribute to plant upgrades and safety analyses.

This internship provides hands-on experience, exposure to licensing processes, and collaboration with experienced engineers, with growth opportunities within a dynamic, onsite team in Naperville.

Qualificações

• ABET-accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree programs preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and technical report writing

Responsabilidades

• Assist in designing and optimizing critical systems for energy projects.
• Support nuclear power plant upgrades, safety analyses, and licensing renewals with engineers.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
