Job summary

TRISO-X in Oak Ridge, TN seeks a Manager, Data Integration to lead ERP and non-ERP system integrations for nuclear fuel manufacturing. You will shape data flows, ensure traceability, and drive master data programs.

Role requires 10+ years IT experience, including 3+ years in integration within regulated industries; strong collaboration with QA, Operations, and Regulatory teams; ensure NRC/DOE/compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• Typically requires 10 years IT experience with 3+ years leading enterprise integration or master data programs in regulated industries.
• Proven success delivering ERP and non-ERP integrations and data management programs.
• Experience with API-based integration, scheduled file transfers, and message-based data exchange.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute system-to-system integrations for ERP and non-ERP systems.
• Document integration architectures and master data flows with end-to-end traceability.
• Ensure compliance with NRC, DOE, ITAR, NQA-1, and related regulations.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs to support audit readiness.
• Coordinate scope, design, and acceptance with ERP, MES, and platform vendors.
