Job Description
TRISO-X is a first-of-its-kind nuclear fuel fabrication facility manufacturing TRISO coated-particle fuel. This is a strategic leadership opportunity to shape processes from the ground up. The Manager, Data Integration will develop, coordinate, and execute system-to-system integrations for the company’s nuclear fuel manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for the delivery and documentation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and non-ERP integrations, master data flows, and the interfaces supporting fuel fabrication operations.
The Manager serves as the primary point of execution for data integration in fuel manufacturing, providing analysis and recommendations to leadership on how systems exchange data across the enterprise. This role ensures integrations remain compliant with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Department of Energy (DOE), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Nuclear Quality Assurance Level 1 (NQA-1), and related regulatory frameworks while supporting reliable fuel manufacturing operations.
Job Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Typically Requires 10 years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years managing enterprise integration or master data initiatives within manufacturing or highly regulated industrial environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering ERP and non-ERP system integrations and master data management programs.
- Experience with integration patterns and methods including Application Programming Interface (API) based integration, scheduled file transfer, and message-based data exchange.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
- Experience in nuclear, aerospace, defense, energy, or similarly regulated industries strongly preferred.
Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities
Integration Strategy and Execution
- Develop, coordinate, and execute system-to-system integrations specific to nuclear fuel facility operations, spanning both ERP and non-ERP systems.
- Maintain authoritative documentation of system-to-system integrations and master data flows.
- Maintain and analyze integration architectures and data flows, recommending designs that ensure end-to-end traceability, quality assurance, and production continuity across regulated manufacturing operations.
- Develop and document integration patterns, error handling, and reconciliation standards for review and approval.
Master Data Management
- Analyze and document master data ownership, identifying and recommending the system of record, authoring systems, and consuming systems for each master data domain.
- Document and monitor master data synchronization mechanisms, frequency, and reconciliation across enterprise systems.
Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure integration and master data designs sustain compliance with NRC, DOE, ITAR, NQA-1, 10 CFR 70, and related regulatory domains.
- Partner with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure integrations support audit readiness and a defensible compliance posture.
- Apply Enterprise Information Technology (IT) governance, risk management, and control frameworks from X-Energy to TRISO-X integrations as appropriate for licensed nuclear fuel fabrication.
Collaboration and Governance
- Serve as the primary integration interface between TRISO-X functional teams and X-Energy corporate IT.
- Facilitate cross-functional resolution of open integration and master data decisions, coordinating stakeholders across IT, Operational Technology (OT), Quality, Finance, and Operations.
- Ensure alignment on data ownership, synchronization methods, and integration prioritization.
- Coordinate integration scope, design, and acceptance with ERP, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and platform vendors.
