Job summary

APTIM Federal Services, LLC seeks a Project Manager to lead nuclear decontamination and decommissioning projects in Livermore, CA. You will develop and manage plans, schedules, and baselines while directing a multi-disciplinary team to meet contract SOW and safety standards.

Responsibilities include interfacing with the client, implementing EVMS and risk management, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Physical Science, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop project organization with all disciplines to execute SOW.
• Oversee initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closeout of the project.
• Lead primary client contact and manage Earned Value system implementation.
• Manage risk, cost baselines, and schedule baselines to meet objectives.
• Track progress against baselines; resolve discrepancies early.
• Coordinate work planning with operations/engineering for resource-loaded schedules.
• Interface with operations and schedulers to ensure deliverables on time and budget.
• Supervise project personnel and ensure quality and safety programs are followed.
• Prepare financial/progress reports for internal and client use.
