Job summary

TerraPower in Bellevue, WA seeks a Contract Administrator to support procurement and subcontract management across government contracting, supplier negotiations, and project risk control. The role collaborates with the Procurement Manager to ensure compliant sourcing and efficient execution.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in procurement/contract management, exposure to DOE/DOD contracting, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex sourcing with strong ethics and attention

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in procurement and/or contract management.
• Experience with government contracting (DOE/DOD) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support complex procurement/subcontract management, including federal government contracting.
• Manage procurement activities focused on performance, cost, and schedule.
• Review statements of work and specs to ensure correct goods/services.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and coordinate with Legal on exceptions.
• Perform market research and manage RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.
• Monitor orders, ensure on-time delivery, and handle post-award activities.
