Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee work activities performed by contractors and vendors at Seabrook Station.
• Assess labor productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance by craft in the field.
• Conduct documented field observations to ensure the supplemental labor force adheres to the highest standards of industrial safety, Nuclear safety, and human performance.
• Perform walk downs of planned and ongoing work to verify constructability, resource allocations, and design requirements, resolving field issues as they arise.
