Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Construction Supervisor - Nuclear-Level 4 for Seabrook Station in Seabrook, NH. This 1-year contract position (W-2) is on-site and requires 3+ years of nuclear facility experience.

About the role

Location: Seabrook, NH 03874, no per diem available. We are looking for a Construction Supervisor - Nuclear-Level 4 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) Onsight holds this position and will badge you in a long-term position. You would need to have 3 or more years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating and overseeing work activities performed by contractors and vendors at Seabrook Station.
• Assess labor productivity, schedule compliance, work quality and safety performance by craft in the field.
• Conduct documented field observations to ensure the supplemental labor force follows the highest standards of industrial safety, Nuclear safety and human performance.
• Perform walk downs of planned and ongoing work to verify constructability, resource allocations and design requirements, resolving field issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• You would need to have a working knowledge of project estimating, budgeting, cost tracking and cost control.
• Strong field leadership.
• Must have the ability to drive safety and quality performance in a regulated nuclear environment.
• Must have 3+ years of experience at a nuclear facility preferred.
