Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Construction Supervisor - Nuclear-Level 4 for a one-year contract at Seabrook Station, NH. This onsite role (W-2) offers a challenging opportunity to lead activities with contractors and ensure high safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a nuclear facility, strong field leadership, and proven ability to drive safety and quality in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project estimating, budgeting, cost tracking and cost control.
• Strong field leadership and safety performance in a regulated nuclear environment.
• 3+ years of experience at a nuclear facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee work activities performed by contractors and vendors at Seabrook Station.
• Assess labor productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance by craft in the field.
• Conduct field observations to ensure safety standards, nuclear safety, and human performance are followed.
• Perform walk downs of planned and ongoing work to verify constructability, resource allocations, and design requirements.

We are looking for a Construction Supervisor - Nuclear-Level 4 on behalf of our client.

This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) Onsight holds this position and will badge you in a long-term position.

You would need to have 3 or more years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating and overseeing work activities performed by contractors and vendors at Seabrook Station.
• Assess labor productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance by craft in the field.
• Conduct documented field observations to ensure the supplemental labor force follows the highest standards of industrial safety, Nuclear safety, and human performance.
• Perform walk downs of planned and ongoing work to verify constructability, resource allocations, and design requirements, resolving field issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• You would need to have a working knowledge of project estimating, budgeting, cost tracking, and cost control.
• Strong field leadership.
• Must have the ability to drive safety and quality performance in a regulated nuclear environment.
• Must have 3+ years of experience at a nuclear facility preferred.
