Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company (via WECTEC Staffing Services) seeks a Construction Supervisor - Nuclear-Level 4 for a 1-year contract at Seabrook Station, NH. Onsite role requiring 3+ years of nuclear facility experience; W-2 assignment with badge-in for long-term placement.

Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, evaluating productivity, safety, and quality; conducting field observations; and ensuring constructability and design alignment during site work.

We are looking for a Construction Supervisor - Nuclear-Level 4 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) Onsight holds this position and will badge you in a long-term position. You would need to have 3 or more years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating and overseeing work activities performed by contractors and vendors at Seabrook Station.
• Assess labor productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance by craft in the field.
• Conduct documented field observations to ensure the supplemental labor force follows the highest standards of industrial safety, Nuclear safety, and human performance.
• Perform walk downs of planned and ongoing work to verify constructability, resource allocations, and design requirements, resolving field issues as they arise.
