Job summary

DTE Energy seeks a on-site Nuclear Project Supervisor to implement and return-to-service major projects at the nuclear generation facility. You will coordinate design constructability, schedule alignment with station goals, and ensure compliance with Work Control processes and ALARA standards.

Responsibilities include leading diverse teams, coordinating with Security, Radiation Protection, and Operations, and driving continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with five years in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls or construction management, incl. one year nuclear experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret engineering design packages and constructability input.
• Nuclear-related qualifications (e.g., Nuclear Supervisor or Protection Leader) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and provide constructability input at process meetings.
• Coordinate with onsite groups (Security, Radiation Protection, Work Control and Operations) for safe, quality, cost-effective implementation.
• Manage Work Packages with proper review, progression, and final closeout in MAXIMO.
• Lead scope changes, recovery plans and risk mitigation with effective resource use.
• Provide leadership for assigned leads and journeymen ensuring safety and compliance.
