Job summary

With 12-15+ years in commercial or DOE-related construction, you will bring leadership, strategic planning, and scheduling expertise. The role is on-site at an active site in Aiken, SC, not remote, requiring travel and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in commercial or Federal Government construction.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in job management, with responsibility across construction operations, estimating, contract management, and client relations.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, contracting, and managing multiple disciplines and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and leadership across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and maintain Nobody Gets Hurt.
• Provide senior leadership oversight for multiple construction teams.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Lead contract negotiations and support contract development.
• Collaborate during preconstruction, estimating, and proposals.
• Maintain accountability for project performance including financials and client satisfaction.
• Oversee staffing and employee development and retention.
