Aecon Group in Mineral, VA is seeking a Construction Manager to lead planning and execution during validation and execution phases for safety, quality, schedule and cost. You will coordinate with project stakeholders and oversee trades to ensure on-time delivery.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage budgets, schedule interfaces, and unions while upholding nuclear safety standards and company policies. Aecon offers growth within its nuclear and infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in construction supervision.
• Nuclear export controls experience required.
• Ability to lead and coordinate trades and unions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Knowledge of safety culture and QA programs.
• Experience with budget and schedule interfaces.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams.
