Job summary

Structural Integrity Associates (SIA) seeks a Senior Coatings & Corrosion Consultant to expand our coatings and linings service offerings within the nuclear power industry. You will lead projects, support CGD, and develop new client opportunities while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to improve asset reliability and safety.

The role combines technical execution, client engagement, and business development, with travel and field support as needed, and a path to shape a developing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-15+ years in coatings, corrosion, linings, or asset integrity.
• CGD experience with 10 CFR 50 Appendix B nuclear quality assurance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead coating and linings projects for nuclear plant systems.
• Develop technical scopes of work, specifications, and inspection plans.
• Interface with clients to identify needs and develop follow-on work.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and proposals.
• Author and review technical reports and client deliverables.
