Job summary

ENERCON is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineering Intern to join the Nuclear Design Group in Naperville, IL. You will contribute to design and analysis tasks supporting civil/structural projects, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are ABET-accredited students pursuing Civil or Structural Engineering, with available start dates between May 2027 and June 2027, and graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree programs are preferred (bachelor's or master's).
• Graduation expected between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028 is preferred.
• Available to start between May 2027 and Jun 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and strengthening civil/structural infrastructure for energy projects.
• Support project teams with design tasks, analysis and documentation.
• Develop and present engineering observations and reports to mentors.
