Requirements include a degree with related experience, ability to obtain a DoE badge, and authorization to work in the U.S. The salary range is $89,233 to $145,184 per year, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years related experience, or an associate degree with 6+ years, or a high school diploma with 10+ years.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operational safety, conduct of operations, and quality assurance programs.
• Must be able to obtain a Department of Energy badge for access to the WIPP Site and comply with security requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without SIMCO visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Aufgaben

• Complete training to obtain CCP Vendor Project Manager qualification.
• Interface with groups and customers to complete work scope.
• Oversee CCP operations personnel and provide Conduct of Operations leadership.
• Coordinate CCP equipment deployment, demobilization and maintenance.
• Lead daily shift briefings and report plans and priorities to CCP management.
• Mentor team members and support professional development.
