Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program.
• ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) or NMTCB certification required within 12 months.
• New Jersey licensure in Nuclear Medicine Technology required.
• BLS certification within 12 months of hire.
• IV certification within 12 months of hire.
• Ability to explain clinical, technical, and diagnostic procedures to patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Start intravenous line and administer radioisotope.
• Perform stress testing and Nuclear Cardiac scanning for outpatients.
• Complete computer processing and analysis of all test data.
