Responsabilités

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team with a focus on performance and growth.
• Set expectations for performance, accountability, and career development.
• Coach for regular staff reviews and succession planning.
• Develop technical depth and succession plans for future leaders.
• Oversee staffing, workload, and resource deployment across projects.
• Recruit and onboard talent to support current and future needs.
• Foster collaboration across Piping, Component Performance, Vibration, and SI Solutions.
• Set department goals, staffing plans, and operating objectives.
• Oversee utilization, backlog, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Ensure projects are adequately staffed for successful execution.
• Collaborate with PMs and technical leads to address performance, quality, and scheduling.
• Drive standardization, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Support strategic direction and growth of the Balance of Plant Systems product line.
• Maintain capabilities across Piping Program Management, Component Performance Management, and Vibration Engineering.
• Identify client needs and opportunities for new services and partnerships.
• Maintain technical excellence across the department and support key client engagements.
• Develop and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
• Support bids, client presentations, and strategic pursuits.
