Job summary

ATS Industrial Automation is expanding its nuclear division into the US and seeks a Project Coordinator to collaborate with customers, project management, and manufacturing teams. You will drive project scoping, planning, execution, and close-out while ensuring quality and on-time delivery across multiple complex automation projects.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary engineering degree or diploma preferred.
• Experience leading teams or projects in factory automation or manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of automation principles including pneumatics, hydraulics, controls and electrical devices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, facilitate and drive project scoping, planning and execution to meet quality, schedule and budget targets.
• Prepare and maintain schedules and resource forecasts.
• Lead design reviews and team meetings as required.
• Organize documentation including quotes, correspondence and drawings on supervised projects.
• Review proposals and participate in the preparation of bids and purchasing recommendations.
• Ensure completion of project milestones and maintain project tracking systems.
