Job summary

ATS Industrial Automation seeks a Project Manager-Nuclear to lead complex automation and nuclear-related projects. You will steer multi-disciplinary teams, develop schedules and budgets, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory adherence, and support proposals and cost inputs throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes mentorship of junior staff, driving execution excellence, and maintaining customer satisfaction from kickoff to closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline is required.
• 10+ years of project management experience in automation/nuclear environments.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Lead project teams to execute complex automation and nuclear projects.
• Conduct regular project meetings with teams and customers.
• Manage change orders and maintain revision summaries.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory and security requirements.
• Support business development, proposals, and risk assessments.
