Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an Engineer II for APX Fleet Design Management in Cranberry Township, PA. You will support fleet strategy, standardization, and execution, reporting to the Senior Manager while collaborating across design, analysis, projects and supply chain teams.

The role emphasizes technical problem solving in nuclear plant design with a hybrid/mobile workplace in Cranberry, PA, and requires a mechanical, nuclear, chemical, or civil engineering background plus 2+ years

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in nuclear or mechanical engineering.
• Experience with AP1000 plant design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in the management of the AP1000 fleet design.
• Support delivery strategies for the Nuclear Island and Turbine Island with standardization.
• Develop product technology presentations.
• Incorporate lessons learned from operating AP1000 fleet into design.
• Collaborate with design, analysis, projects and supply chain teams to solve problems.
