Job summary

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor International Corporation (MCO-I) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead New Units Business (NUB) projects, including centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, and related equipment. You will drive execution from handover through manufacturing, packaging, delivery, commissioning support, and warranty transition.

As the primary customer interface, you will collaborate with MCO Japan and cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, schedule,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, PM, or related field.
5+ years of PM/PMO experience in engineered equipment or heavy manufacturing.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing schedules, budgets, and customer deliverables.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from handover through manufacturing, packaging, shipment, commissioning support, and warranty transition.
Serve as primary customer interface and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Drive project schedules, milestones, risks, and corrective actions; deliver on safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.
Coordinate and resolve issues across Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Provide regular project performance reports to leadership and cross-site stakeholders.
