Merrimack College's Department of Nursing is seeking dynamic full-time faculty for non-tenure track positions of Assistant/Associate Clinical Professors. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in Nursing, at least two years of clinical nursing experience, and skills in nursing education and curriculum development. The role includes teaching, advising students, and contributing to program accreditation efforts.

Position Overview: The Department of Nursing seeks to hire dynamic, motivated and highly professional full time faculty to serve as integral members of the dedicated nursing faculty team in our Baccalaureate Degree Nursing Program. Applications for non-tenure track (Full/Associate/Assistant Clinical Professor) faculty positions in nursing are now being requested. This is a 9-month faculty contract position in the Department of Nursing. The ideal candidate should be highly experienced and skilled in undergraduate nursing curriculum, course development, NCLEX preparation and testing, clinical and didactic instruction and student remediation in nursing. Experience in simulation development, implementation, and evaluation would be a plus. Candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate courses in the areas and courses based upon expertise; advise students; contribute to curriculum and policy development, CCNE accreditation, MA BORN regulation self-studies, governance, and evaluation of all nursing program components. Merrimack College seeks candidates with a demonstrated ability to work with students across a broad range of social and personal identities and perspectives.
The Department of Nursing is housed in the state of the art Nursing Center at Merrimack College. This space includes 7 simulation labs, a classroom; 2 debrief rooms, faculty offices and large student collaborative spaces.
