Job summary

Sierra Management and Technologies, Inc. seeks an NTSP Author to support the NAWCAD Readiness & Fleet Analytics Division at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD.

You will develop and sustain NTSPs, translating complex data into auditable documents for diverse audiences, interfacing with program offices, logisticians, engineers, and operators to close training gaps and align with DoD directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in acquisition, logistics, business, engineering, or management (or alternatives as listed).
• 2+ years of NTSP development experience in Navy programs is required.
• Familiarity with NTSP structure, lifecycle, and DoD/Navy guidance.
• Strong knowledge of ILS, Maintenance planning, and supportability analyses.

Responsibilities

• Author and manage NTSPs across the system lifecycle.
• Document maintenance task analysis, LORA, and RCM findings in NTSPs.
• Define training requirements and alternatives for naval platforms.
• Ensure NTSPs comply with DoD/Navy directives and standards.
• Collaborate with program offices, logistics, and engineering teams.
• Create clear, auditable technical documents and presentations.
• Participate in IPTs for system acquisition and training development.
