Job summary

JSL Technologies, Inc. in Dam Neck, VA is seeking a Navy Curriculum Developer to support the NSSMS program. You will assist with planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of MP&T products and services to sustain fleet readiness, and provide Training Support Agent services.

Qualifications

• Navy experience with NSSMS and related training systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Support MP&T analysis and planning, including MERs and JDTA updates.
• Develop and maintain training materials per NAVEDTRA 130/131/136 guidance; create AIM LOM-based content.
• Coordinate with Fleet, Training Commands, and other stakeholders to revise training documents and reviews of IMI/ICW/VR/AR modules.
• Produce reports and visuals to support MP&T efforts and provide weekly government highlights.
