Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, humanities, communications, or education is required.
• Master's degree in public administration or public relations preferred.
• Demonstrated work experience as a grant administrator for a large, multi-institutional award is desired.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with faculty, staff, students, and project personnel across four campuses.
• Act as logistical lead and liaison among campuses for a multi-institution effort.
• Plan and coordinate activities during face-to-face meetings.
• Take notes during online bi-monthly project meetings.
• Interface with project external evaluators at the ASU Office of Behavioral Research and Evaluation.
• Write and submit annual and final NSF reports in consultation with the PI.
• Maintain project website and social media presence.
• Collaborate on writing program outcomes and findings for peer-reviewed publication.
• Perform other duties as required to ensure project success.
