Job summary

PHI Health is seeking a Legal Associate, NSA to support IDR filings under the No Surprises Act. You will work under the NSA Lead, handling quality control, document preparation, and workflow coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a Juris Doctor degree, strong legal writing and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with PHI Legal management and other departments. This role is based in Phoenix with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Excellent legal writing skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct quality-control reviews of IDR filings.
• Review, organize, and prepare documents and exhibits for filings.
• Meet KPIs for timeliness, quality, accuracy, and volume of work.
• Assist with QA audits and updates of filing templates and systems.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance IDR workflows.
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI data per HIPAA and PHI policies.
