Job summary

Newport, an Ascensus company, is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to support Non-Qualified Plan Asset and Liability Management, ensuring data integrity of cases and recommending appropriate financial adjustments to Trust accounts.

You will perform daily reconciliations, manage cash positions and asset transfers, collaborate across teams and vendors, and maintain high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in financial service industry with knowledge and experience in trust setup, reconciliation, and asset transfer.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash positions and reconcile daily transactions.
• Manage trust setup paperwork and asset transfers.
• Process participant payments and tax documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain data integrity and high-quality work under deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and sample calculations.
