Responsibilities
- Create and maintain approved and available fund lists, including Corporate Action processing specific to nonqualified plan liability recordkeeping, minimum investment requirements, and other fund notices where appropriate.
- Monitor and coordinate corporate action changes with the applicable operational teams.
- Oversee and maintain the fund-specific earnings processing calendar and quality review of the processing (fixed rate updates, interest crediting, custom stock earnings, etc.).
- Understand plan setting requirements and specifications to identify potential transactional issues within the recordkeeping system as it relates to funds and fund setup.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures and controls.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, balancing high productivity with excellent service quality.
- Pursue resolution of aged items with internal departments and service partners.
- Research and resolve any issues that occur through the client and/or client service managers.
- Act as a resource/subject matter expert for other team members regarding issue resolution, procedure, or system functionality in one or more areas.
- Aid management and departmental teams for all projects as needed.
- Provide an advanced understanding of nonqualified concepts related to liability recordkeeping and trading.
- Interact with vendors to ensure systems are updated properly and working as anticipated; Escalate vendor issues to management.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of procedures and policy documents.
- Assist with training responsibilities of more junior staff and new hires, providing cross training and mentoring as required.
- Work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment requiring high urgency and accuracy.
- Protect, secure, and properly handle all confidential data held by Ascensus to prevent unauthorized access, improper transmission or unapproved disclosure.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in a related position within the retirement services sector.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
- Familiarity with nonqualified liability recordkeeping, asset trading concepts, and corporate actions.
- Experience with McCamish Administration System preferred.
