Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a skilled TIQ program manager to develop and manage comprehensive NPI/TIQ roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.

You will drive phase-gate deliverables, lead TIQ lifecycle activities, and coordinate tool installations to support high-volume manufacturing across global sites. With a Master’s degree and strong expertise in project management, automation, and data analytics, you will optimize processes, monitor KPIs, and report on program status to leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Manufacturing and operations management principles: process optimization, capacity planning, and operations optimization.
• Project management methodologies and tools: Microsoft Project and JIRA.
• Automation techniques: Tableau and X-web.
• SQL, Python, and Power BI for data extraction, analysis, and visualization of TIQ performance metrics.
• Cross-functional project schedule planning, resource planning, risk management to achieve operational or infrastructure-related improvements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage comprehensive NPI/TIQ program roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Drive execution of phase-gate deliverables (Plan, Learn, Setup, Pilot, Qualify) for new product introduction, ensuring readiness for high-volume manufacturing.
• Lead TIQ lifecycle activities including tool installation, qualification, and reuse strategies.
• Align program milestones with business priorities and manage scope, schedule, and cost using Microsoft Project and Power BI dashboards.
• Coordinate installation schedules, resource allocation, and vendor engagement for new and reused tools using TMQ App and TIQ dashboards.
