Micron Technology is seeking a program manager to develop and manage NPI/TIQ roadmaps, drive phase-gate deliverables, and lead TIQ lifecycle activities across sites. The role requires collaboration with engineering, procurement and facilities to ensure fab readiness and tool readiness for high-volume manufacturing.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, plus strong skills in MS Project, JIRA, Tableau, Python and SQL for TIQ metrics analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience managing TIQ/NPI programs is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Project and JIRA.
• Familiar with Tableau and X-web automation.
• SQL, Python, and Power BI for TIQ data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage comprehensive NPI/TIQ program roadmaps aligned with objectives and tech roadmaps.
• Drive phase-gate deliverables (Plan, Learn, Setup, Pilot, Qualify) for new product introduction.
• Lead TIQ lifecycle activities including tool installation, qualification, and reuse strategies.
• Coordinate installation schedules, resources, and vendor engagement for new and reused tools.
• Define qualification criteria and ensure fab readiness; standardize TIQ processes across sites.
• Prepare and present detailed program status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
