Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to develop and manage NPI/TIQ roadmaps and drive phase-gate deliverables for new product introductions.

You will align milestones with business objectives, oversee tool installation and qualification, and coordinate cross-functional teams across global sites to ensure timely readiness for high-volume manufacturing. You will leverage Microsoft Project, JIRA, Tableau, and Power BI to monitor KPIs, improve cycle times, and manage risks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing/ops principles, process optimization and capacity planning.
• Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA).
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL/Python basics.
• Ability to plan cross-functionally, manage risks, and drive program schedules and resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive NPI/TIQ program roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Drive execution of phase-gate deliverables (Plan, Learn, Setup, Pilot, Qualify) for new product introduction.
• Coordinate installation schedules, resource allocation, and vendor engagement for new and reused tools using TIQ dashboards.
