Job summary

Keysight seeks an NPI Test Engineer to bridge Product R&D and Production, developing automated tests and hardware-test integration for new products.

You will collaborate with global teams to design, validate, and transfer tests to production, using OpenTAP, Git, and CI/CD practices in an on-site role at Colorado Springs. This multidisciplinary team values precision, reliability, and rapid delivery of test solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with software development and deployment for hardware testing.
• Ability to write automated tests for hardware performance in development.
• Familiar with Git and software version control.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and plan automated tests, measurements, and algorithms for manufacturing test.
• Design and develop automated tests for hardware performance with DFm considerations.
• Develop software to drive Test Rack Equipment and DUT (oscilloscopes).
• Troubleshoot test systems and validate datasheet specs.
• Transfer automated tests to production and support CI/CD practices.
• Create test software release plans and schedules with project timelines.
