Job summary

Tailored Management is seeking a Buyer for full onsite work in Vacaville, CA. The role focuses on New Product Introduction and tech transfers, coordinating direct material activities to meet production schedules.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Program Management, and Quality to ensure timely materials and streamlined procurement processes. The position emphasizes sourcing, supplier management, and change ownership for new materials, with SAP ERP and MS Office proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations.
• Experience in direct material procurement and purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct procurement support for technology transfer schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Source new raw materials and suppliers; manage pricing and POs.
• Lead material-related change requests and track material status.
• Manage MRP activities and coordinate shipments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for tech transfer processes.
