Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, is seeking a Staff Demand Supply Analyst to drive end‑to‑end supply and demand management and lead cross‑functional collaboration for prototypes and mass production ramps. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or equivalent, and a minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of business operations, including forecasting, procurement and material management.
• Extremely strong spreadsheet, modeling and visualization skills (Excel, Python, and Tableau specifically).
• Presentation and communication skills.
• Problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly in a fast‑changing environment.
• Bilingual Mandarin strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive NPI operational readiness to meet customer requirements by partnering with cross‑functional teams to establish program plans, identify risks, and execute mitigation strategies for time‑sensitive product launches.
• Own end‑to‑end supply and demand management for multiple components, ensuring optimal performance across inventory, cost, service levels, and supply continuity.
• Lead collaboration across manufacturing, product development, supply chain, procurement, engineering, and logistics teams to support successful prototype builds and product launches.
• Plan, schedule, and manage material readiness for development builds, including supplier coordination, delivery tracking, and validation of incoming material quality.
• Monitor and report materials clear to build status, proactively identifying risks and driving issues to resolution to ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate with procurement managers and suppliers to improve supplier performance, mitigate supply risks, and ensure continuity of supply throughout development and production ramp.
• Analyze business trends, demand patterns, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and develop data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support customer allocation priorities and balance supply with evolving demand requirements.
• Track and manage inventory across NPI or MP phases, minimizing aging, excess stock, and supply risk.
• Ensure production, planning, and supply chain teams are prepared for mass production ramp‑up, enabling smooth transition from development to high‑volume manufacturing.
• Identify and resolve complex cross‑organizational operational and technical challenges, developing practical solutions that support business and program objectives.
