Job summary

Vantedge Medical is seeking a Supply Chain Manager – NPI to lead all supply chain activities for new product introductions, transfers, and manufacturing launches. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, Commercial, customers, and suppliers to ensure successful transitions into production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years in supply chain, purchasing, or production planning in manufacturing.
• Experience with new product introductions (NPI) and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead all supply chain activities for NPI, transfers, and manufacturing launches.
• Develop and execute supply chain plans from quotation to production release.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure material readiness.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans for launches.
• Maintain dashboards tracking KPIs like on‑time delivery and inventory levels.
