Intuitive is seeking a Manager, New Products Supply Chain to lead the team responsible for supply chain operations around new product introductions, driving speed-to-market and operational excellence in a regulated environment.

You will partner with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing and Regulatory teams to ensure robust readiness, manage sourcing and supplier relationships, and align supply chain strategy with product development timelines.

About the Role:

The manager, New Products Supply Chain is a critical leadership role that leads the team that oversees supply chain operations for the launch of new products. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely, cost-effective supply of innovative products to market.
The Manager, New Products Supply Chain, will lead end-to-end supply chain activities for new product introduction (NPI) initiatives, driving innovation, speed-to-market, and operational excellence within a highly regulated industry. This manager will oversee sourcing, procurement, and supplier management activities for new product components and assemblies.

Responsibilities include building cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless product launches and robust supply chain readiness. The ideal candidate brings strong supply chain knowledge, strategic sourcing expertise, supplier negotiations experience, and a demonstrated background in launching products within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
