GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Program Operational Readiness Senior Director to lead the strategy and governance required to transition a major program from project delivery into safe, compliant site operations. You will drive cross-functional alignment across Quality, EHS, regulatory, HR, finance, supply chain, and site ops to ensure a seamless handover, go-live, and steady-state performance realization.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, project management, construction management, operations, or a scientific discipline.
• Experience with large-scale manufacturing capital build or transformation programs.
• GMP manufacturing and engineering experience.

• Lead the operational readiness strategy and governance to transition a major program into site operations.
• Define and govern readiness and governance structures, escalation routes, and decision-ready information.
• Secure resources and organizational capability to deliver the program and sustain the operating model.
• Ensure readiness for GMP and clinical manufacturing campaigns and handover to steady-state operations.
